Why are there people who create more headaches than efficiencies at work? There are two guys I work with who are constantly asking questions and causing people to throw hissy fits about things that are nothing to worry about in the first place.
One guy keeps asking questions about the way I do my job, but what really takes the cake is that he knows I am under the microscope with this current project I am on, and yet, he'll say, "I know your busy, but..." and he'll just keeps asking these questions until I can ignore him no longer and have to stop until I answer them. He does not not help the project in anyway.
Then there's this other guy who takes skewed and unvalidated data and presents them to VP's and such as if it was solid information, which then causes me to put out fires when the VP's freak out at his misinformation. You know, if he was a journalist he'd be fired for printing inaccurate information. Shouldn't the same apply to other types of work?
Argh...
Anyway, I'm back now. Sorry for my hiatus on this discussion board. I missed y'all and boy, do I have a ton of backlog to write about! Lucky you!
