Just as it begins getting dark and closer and closer to the witching hour, a sudden blast of fireworks are set off over the arena and volley higher and higher over the infamous town of Salem, Massachusetts!
Rowdy and costumed tourists and natives alike stop dead in their tracks some in midtrick, while others on walking tours take cover to watch the massive light display light up the night and just as the fans in the arena are watching the live footage from their seats amidst the scary soundeffects being piped through, every light in the arena is cut and plunges them into a frightening darkness that trips off the pyros sending the already ballistic fans into a frenzy!! As the thundering pyros rock the very ground the arena is standing on and Straight To the Grave's theme is pumped over the PA, the crowds are then treated to the spectacular fireworks as well, watching on as one explosion after explosion light up the sky and the nearby woods that reveals glimpses of the very cemetary where the Graveyard match will take place later in the show!
Then without warning, lightning strikes the stage from every side and the horrific sight of the Headless horseman rearing up on his black horse appears with a flaming Jack o lantern in his hand!! The fans gasp as the laughter of the Horseman carries then react with cheers and applause as the horseman rides down the ramp and around the ring only to vanish mysteriously when the lights come back up!
J.R: "Ladies and gentlemen it brings me extreme pleasure to welcome you all to DWF Straight To the Grave!!! Tonight we're here in historic Salem, Massachusetts where the notorious Salem Witch trials were held. This city has a bloody history and tonight we may see even more bloody history made as wrestling's elite superstars go head to head in one epic match after another!"
King: "Epic is right! We've got the Graveyard match that's going to pit the enigmatic Dark Requiem against Strikezone's own General Manager, Mr. Kevin Mckain!!! I don't know about you J.R, but I think Mr. Mckain has just written his own requiem when he signed his name in acceptance!! He must be out of his mind! You know, i've heard rumors that.."
J.R: "Rumors are just that, rumors but it does make you wonder if Mr. Mckain has a plan, you know this isn't the first time he's taken on a star like The Dark Requiem"
King: "Yeah and you remember what happened the last time, he faced Red and got banged up pretty badly."
J.R: "I also remember that Mr. Mckain gave as good as he got but you can bet your crown that the superstars respect Mr Mckain and quite possibly think twice before giving him a hard time. The man doesn't know the meaning of fear!"
King: "I do and it can be spelled many ways like U-N-D-E-A-D E-N-I-G-M-A and everyone should be afraid because he's going to be joining us here live!! J.R. He's going to be not more than 10 feet from us, oh the humanity!"
J.R: "Humanity has nothing to do with it, UE has got to be one of the most inhumane characters that the world has ever produced and he's here most likely to try and get his hands on Damien Death who might even try and get his on Enigma first! Despite all the heightened security, it's going to take an act of God to keep these monsters apart!"
King: "I wouldn't want to get caught between those two sociopaths and i'll wager anything that they'll manage to find a way despite all the warnings. However I think it may be Damien that may be a disadvantage here. He better grow eyes on the back of his head, well unless he already has and that's a scary thought I don't even want to consider!"
J.R: "You and me both! Damien has not one but two huge matches here tonight! One is with his partner, Viper when they face off against Nightmare Inc for the tag titles and in a Funeral Home Match! Well I guess they're going to cut out the middle man and just plant their opponents themselves! Then we've got the second in which Damien joins the melee to become the Undisputed World champion once again and may even have to eliminate his own tag partner and a former Undisputed World champion in Viper as well because she's in it too!!"
King: "You're telling me, that match reads like a legends of wrestling or a who's who of the world's most brutal! It gives me chills just thinking about it! You've got Damien, Viper, MadDog Strangla, Devilz Child, Kade and the Dark Requiem! You can bet your granny's farm that every single one of these superstars is going to hold nothing back in order to take the Undisputed World Championship home with them!"
J.R: "Whomever wins that title will have gone through hell and back to earn that honor and that'sw not all! We've a visit from Gabriel Sands and Mr Smash heading our way and then even more action as Kane 2K takes on the Aggression and tag team champion Kade for the cWe Championship in a hell in a cell and if you want to talk one of the craziest sobs in the sport, Kade is adding Mr Van Halen to his list of targets tonight!"
King: "As long as i'm not one of them, it's all good but don't forget, Kade's brother and one half of the tag champions Seth is in action as well when he takes on Jason! Then we've got the newly crowned Strikezone champion, Devin Reilly taking on who the hell is Agent oo84??"
J.R: "I'm not exactly sure but it'll be interesting if not surprising to see who it is as will it to see who in the world booked a closing segment! This one has me stumped because there is nothing to give away their identity or why he or she chose to end the show"
King: "I have a really bad feeling about this, anyone could show up and that or those anyones could be alive or not so much"
J.R: "I do as well but be it as it may, there'll be alot of feelings going around tonight with the high level of potential if not guaranteed carnage that can and will occur!"
King: "Then let's get to it, my royal subjects, Straight to the Grave is LIVE!!!!"
