Jason was then trying to shake off the cobwebs and roll to the outside, sitting on the apron, but Gideon is back on the offensive with a clubbing blow to the back, before suplexing him back in the ring. Immediately goes for the cover: 1....2.... kickout by Jason, the Strikezone Champion wanting to do this for his brother, the currently inactive former Unified World Champion, Kane2000, and refusing to give in to Gideon. Gideon now picks Jason up and charges him into the corner, before unleashing some hammer fists into the face of Jason, the big man trying his best to cover up, but Gideon is unleashing shots faster than what Wladimir Klitschko can do in a single fight (Note: CAN I GET AN AMEN!!! lol, sorry) as Jason is now down onto the floor, Gideon continuing the shots, not relenting as the ref starts the count, Gideon breaks at three before running to the ropes, runs back and drives the knee into the face, sending Jason groggy and sliding to the canvas. Gideon now pulls him towards the middle, leaps up and drives a knee into the face before going for another pin attempt: 1.....2...... shoulder up, the fans are ooohing and ahhing at every near fall made in this match, Gideon wonders what he must do to put this man away, he then scoops him up and slams him down hard before going back for another pin attempt, quick covers by Gideon, STILL Jason kicks out, no way in hell he wants to give up this opportunity of a lifetime!
Gideon now works back on the offensive and slams him down again, before picking up the left leg, turning it over into a single leg Boston Crab, looking to either wear him down or win the match by submission. We now see that Jason is trying to fight it off, but Gideon has this move locked in tight. The section of the crowd supporting Jason tries to will him back into the match with chanting and clapping, but Jason is wearing out slightly. Jason is still trying, the relentless attempts by Kane2000's younger brother to fight back are being warmly appreciated by the fans who are cheering for him, but Gideon refuses to let go of the hold. The ref then checks to see if he's giving up, Jason looks like he's going to tap, but he is still scratching and clawing his way towards the ropes, but Gideon is still holding onto this hold for dear life, so with the free leg, Jason starts kicking at Gideon's arm, before the hold is starting to loosen off, Jason then wriggles free and pushes Gideon off into the corner. Jason then tries to push himself onto his feet, but Gideon with a Northern Lariet to the back of his head, before rolling him over and going for a pin: 1.....2...... shoulder up, just. Jason's chances of advancing look to be slipping away with each second that Gideon is in control of this match.
Gideon now picks Jason up and sits him on the top turnbuckle, a palm thrust to the chin sends Jason more groggy before he starts to climb up the turnbuckle, until he reaches the top. He then starts to club the back of Jason before looking to attempt a superplex. Jason then gets his senses straight and grabs the top rope, preventing him from crashing to the mat, Gideon then tries again, but Jason starts to punch at him, before pushing him off the top turnbuckle and sending him crashing to the ground, with the rush of adrenalin, Jason then steps onto the top turnbuckle, waits for Gideon to get up, as soon as he does, he's met with a seven foot air missile, launching down on him with a massive seated senton! Clearly taking a small page out of his older brothers playbook, this is one way to buy himself some time, then another shot of adrenalin, Jason rolls back into the ring, runs to one end of the ropes, Gideon starts to get up, but didn't notice the fact that Jason launched himself at him from off the ropes, Suicide Plancha Dive succeeds. "Now you're fucked!" chants the crowd as Jason and Gideon are not even moving, and because of the importance of this match, with the winner directly advancing to the final, the ref will NOT administer the ten count!
Jason gambling with one or two big moves is starting to stir, as is Gideon, who did not even expect this at all! Then we see Steve Jones and Smash, two men, who have recently formed an alliance with Kane2000 and Jason are standing half way down the ramp, as word is getting around that KillBurn may strike at some point during this match! Jason is starting to pull himself up onto the apron, Gideon was groggy to get to his feet, but Jason pulled him and threw him into the ring, before crawling in, rolling over and stomping on him, before a Muai Thai low kick to the head knocked him back down, runs to the ropes and hits a splash: 1....2.... kickout!
