Draven stared into Optimum's eyes as his glowing ice blue eyes began to glow intensely, much like Gideon when his emotional state changed or he was using his abilities. Draven's glowing blue eyes then turned pitch black. He was ready to give The Ivory Sentinal the fight of his life. He was going to make sure he regreted what he did. Draven hit Optimum with a thunderous uppercut that rocked his jaw, and sent him reeling back, surprising the big man. Draven smirked at the look of shock in his face. Optimum then came back at him with a haymaker that sent The Soul Reaper reeling back this time. Before they knew it they started exchanging blows, not one backing down from the other. Draven, who was the faster of the two began to get the upperhand with his quick strikes. The Next Generation Dark Savior then sent the big man back with an open palm strike to the chest, as he began to move around like Bruce Lee and motioned for him to move forward. Optimum charged Draven, and went for a clothesline but Draven ducked out of the way and delivered a spinning heel kick to the back of his head, sending the big man staggering.
Draven told him this wasn't going to be an easy fight and he meant it. One of the lessons Draven learned was to never underestimate any opponent, which Optimum did with him. that would prove to be his downfall, and Draven was going to make sure he regreted it. Draven then went for a roundhouse kick, but Optimum had him well scouted and was ready, as he grabbed his leg. and took him down with a JBL style Lariat, sending him down to the mat with a hard thud. The Ivory Sentinal then dragged Draven up by the hair and began hitting him with some brock lesnar style knee strikes. He wasn't done with his assault yet and he brought the Soul Reaper down with a Lesnar style standing gutbuster. Optimum went for a pin but Draven kicked out at the count of two. Opimum then delivered a monstrous leg drop to his sturnum. The Ivory Sentinal was indeed strong but that wouldn't stop Draven from completing his objective, as he slowly started getting to his feet. Optimum couldn't believe that after that onslaught, that Draven still had fight left in him, as he got to his feet,
Draven was still dazed and Optimum went for a spear but was hit with The Holy Redemption DDT. As soon as Draven had him where he wanted him he climbed the turnbuckle and jumped off hitting Optimum with The bat out of hell, His grandfather's signature move. He wasn't done yet as he climbed the turnbuckle to hit him with another bat out of hell, but was met with The Ivory Sentinal's knees as he put them up on instinct. The Soul Reaper roled off of Optimum's knees as he held on to his gut in a fetal position.. That move took the wind out of him as he started to get back to his feet. Optimum started to stir, and Draven quckly started stomping on him to soften him up more,. The Soul Reaper then started hitting him with multiple elbow drops. but it wasn't enough as he started to slowly get to his feet. As soon as he got to one knee Draven took him back down with an inzigury.
Draven just wouldn't let up. He was determined to teach him a lesson. The Next Generation Dark Savior then went for a knee drop. but Optimum moved out of the way. Before Draven knew it, he was met with a chokeslam that made the ring tremble. from the powerful impact of the move. Optimum was a tough opponent, but Draven was just as tough. He was Gideon's son after all.. With Gideon's determination and Marco's brutality. he was no slouch in the fighting department. The Ivory Sentinal pulled him back up as he wrapped both his hands around Draven's neck in an attempt to choke him out, but the Soul Reaper jumped and kicked Optimum with both legs forcing him to let go, as he got the wind knocked out of him.. Draven rubbed his neck as he anticipated his next move.
