I am trying to find how you go about getting help for my sister and her husband. He is disabled and she stays home and takes care of him. He sleeps in a chair and is unable to do any repair to there home. They are low income and there home is in need of repair roof leaks ceilings falling in only heat is a wood stove, and he is on oxygen. If anyone knows where or how to help them please let me know i am not finacial enough to do so.

OUR HOUSE NEEDS NEW ROOFING AND REPAIRS, AND ALSO BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.HUSBAND IS 59, DISABLED, I AM 60 AND HAVE BAD BACK, SO I CAN'T DO THE WORK, PLUS, WE DON'T HAVE THE MONEY. WE HAD AN 84 YEAR OLD LIVING WITH US AND HAD EVERYTHING SET TO BUILD A NEW HANDICAPPED HOUSE IN HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI, BUT ALL CONTRACTORS WERE TOO BUSY WITH KATRINA REPAIR TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION. IN THE MEANTIME, THE 84 YEAR OLD DIED, NOW WE DO NOT QUALIFY. WE LIVE IN NATCHEZ, MISSISSIPPI. MY YOUNGEST SON LIVES IN HATTIESBURG AREA. ALL 3 OF OUR KIDS LIVES OUT OF TOWN, SO THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP. MY CREDIT REPORT HAS ABOUT $20,000 OF HOSPITAL BILLS THAT I COULD NOT PAY. THANKS
