A family member who has mental illness is in jail and was charged for an incident that they were threatened to be brought to county jail if they didn't confess and sign an admission that they were guilty. Because of his signing he's been charged with a felony. He didn't know what his signing meant and he was so scared. He had asked to have a person from his family present to see if they could get him legal aid. They convinced him to sign before they got there. He has bi-polar, social disorder, anxiety and other serious disorders. The bond hearing they set is over 150,000 and there's no way he can get out of jail. He's on 5 different medicines for his condition. What can be done? We are desperate.
