Patrick, we heard the tail notch 'chirp' and watched a male Anna's displaying for a female in a tree while we were doing some clean up chores in the vegetable garden a couple of days ago. We know they are among the first species to nest but this seemed early to us this far north.

Do you still work nights? If so, we are supposed to have a couple of dry days this week so keep your eyes and ears open if you are outside during the day. BNB
