HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY

Well I see that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning but Dunkirk Dave, western NY's official groundhog, did not see his. I sure hope Dunkirk Dave was right and that we will have an early spring here in western NY as I am SO OVER WINTER!

I hope you are right. We are supposed to have a couple of days this week that are going to be really frigid (single digits) but then back up into the low to mid 30's which is still really cold but after the weather we have been having it will feel great.

Happy groundhog day to everyone but everytime thats mentioned I have to think of the movie, not sure wether thats a true event that happens at Punxtatatowney or a fable but its fun. I just hope around the time we expect spring and it does warm up that it doesnt turnaround and freeze like it did last year.

Hey Penny, you should know by now that if we have ONLY 6 more weeks of winter around here, that WILL be an early spring! But didn't it smell and feel good out today?

Dunkirk Daves prediction of an early spring was changed to 6 more weeks of winter....can I survive for 6 more weeks as I woke up this morning to more snow comeing down ARGHHHHH!
