Immature male Anna or other?
his throat is all velvet black and is not iridescent
neither is his crown
He has deep green back and lime green sides and belly
however his side whiskers seem to be very long

This is one I have finally been able to capture photos of. I have named him Buddha as I do catch him just sitting for long minutes without feeding. He has been avoiding me when I am on the ladder, however I took away the other feeders and he had to come visit.

Yes, it looks like a male Anna's Hummingbird to me.
