Update on my Black & Blue in zone 6

Yay! I found some really small green sprouts poking up through the ground about 3 or 4 inches away from the base of one of my Black & Blues. There's still no growth coming the base of the plant. This is growth from a runner, which is fine. I'll take what I can get. Still nothing around my other two other clumps of Black & Blue but I'm patiently waiting. ok impatiently : )

I kept two pots of B&B in my garage over winter. One of them started to sprout in April so I set them both out on my patio, then we had frost after that. The new growth died. I assumed it would return but it still hasn't and I think it's been about three weeks. They both look dead. Now I'm thinking I should've kept them in my garage a little longer.
