Frustrating Afternoon

I am so mad at myself. I was standing on my deck this afternoon and a hummingbird flew up. He was about three feet from me. I froze, hoping he would continue to the flowers or feeder. He turned and flew away. I went inside and started walking towards the window at the front of the house. Another hummingbird flew up to the feeder there. He must have seen me thru the window and flew away. I was so upset. I'd been gone all day and hadn't seen a hummer yet.

Thanks for letting me vent! No one else would understand my frustration over this.
