Hummingbirder 2008

You are right the hummingbirds loves the black and blue salvieas the most.First week of July I have been seeing one to two of hummers going to the black and blue ones.It seems like I have two hanging around the first of July and not only that I inlarge my garden .. front and back of the house.Are you getting some kind of heat wave this week.We got the the heat and humidity now. I talked to some town people about have any hummingbirds this year.The answer is no or only once this spring .I tell them you need a large hummingbird garden of thier kind.

Good for you! Like Patrick said I am glad that you are getting regular hummers now.

No I am afraid still no heat here but it is very humid. Lots of thunderstorms and wind and no blooms on my black and Blue. It isn't doing well this year.
