I have several of these small trees in my yard, both yellow and orange, I had never seen a hummingbird on it until this morning , I like them very much because they do very well down here and can go days without water, does anyone else have them , do your Hummers use then and what are they called?

It is a Thevetia peruviana, commonly called yellow oleander or mexican oleander. Also call "Lucky Nut" tree because of its seed pods.

Beautiful foliage color year round in my area. I had one that met an unfortunate incident that snapped the main trunk. Hummingbirds used to sit in the foliage because it was dense with lots of branches, but never used the blooms much. Yours look like nice specimens.

I, too, have some of these, that are more shrubs than trees, due to my pruning them. There is a thick stand of 'trees', where I planted 'lots of seeds' a couple of years ago. Local hummers don't seem to use the blooms.
I also have a 3 small, white flowering Thevetia peruviana plants, which are seldom seen. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos as the first blooms on these plants was when I was 'housebound'. They have produced some seeds though.
