Fertilizer Formula?

Here in Colombia the common fertilizer is "gallanaza" which is just chicken droppings mixed with dirt. My favorite green house offers a fancier version and I wonder what gardening experts here think of it. This is the formula printed on the bag:

Nitrogen . 2.2&
Phosphorus P2O5.1.0%
Soluble potassium in water..2.5%
Calsium13.5%
Magnesium1.3%
Total organic material.41.0%
Organic carbon.23.0%
Relation carbon/nitrogen.10.4
Ash33.0%
PH..7.4

Peter, it is hard to find a variety of fertilizers here, as well. I very seldom 'feed' my plants, but do have 'manure tea' [linked image] in my barrels.
