Homemade feeder video

I can see some flaws in the "feeder" but there is some irony between this video and our discussions of the physics in the design of $20+ feeders.

Modern man's ingenuity never ceases to amaze me LOL! I too can see 'a few' design flaws but whatever works in a pinch and it just proves that you don't have to go into debt to accomodate hummers.

Pam, we think alike, and you beat me to it. I also loved the "Dramatization" part! Obviously someone with a great sense of humor, and a thrifty sort of ingenuity.

My homemade feeders are cheap, too, but they do take a long time to make. The first one was easy, though, just a mini liquor bottle, an old stopper, and a funnel-shaped red polymer clay "flower." A bit of brass wire twisted around it made a hanger.

Still, it's hard to beat a plastic red cup for cheapness, even if you have to refill it frequently.
