Sense lacewings are beneficial bugs are consider as safe bugs in my carpeted basement.??

Eldon,
I don't know much about lacewings other than the fact that they are beneficial insects in the garden but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just vacuum your carpet once a day if you are worried.
