I just posted about the quake in another thread. Ken and Sarah glad you didn't have any damage and that y'all are ok.

It was too far away for us to get any damage. I can remember several others not counting some pretty bad ones when I lived out west. I wonder about folks closer to the epicenter

I was sitting watching some tv while my hubby on a ladder hanging the cabinets we painted back up. It was a strange swaying back and forth here, like my chair was moving. I looked and saw the toys in the bird cages swinging back and forth. Than I went outside, just in case. I left my husband & the dog and birds, NICE! I was hoping someone else was outdooors also wondering what the heck was going on.

California is probably laughing at us with all the news coverage, just like when it snowed in Georgia this past winter and NJ called them wimps. lol

wait until your house is slamming up and down on the foundation and the wood framing of your house is groaning & creaking...THEN you're experiencing an earthquake! I mentioned in Penny's thread that I have a friend about 35 miles from the epicenter of this quake...I'm waiting to hear what it was like at his house.

My best to you all!
Even though we have experienced many, it always put a fear in the pit of our stomach!
