Doesn't sound like rosacea

I am prone to rosacea. The sun does not affect it. It is what I eat internally that affects it. I can not eat spicey foods, nor can I drink hard liquers. Your condition sounds like a reaction to something and the sun just enhanced it. Might be the plants that you are working around.
