Response to Strange..so strange.

First you get a hug. I can understand where you are coming from; however, I have also found exercise a great way to banish those feelings. Whether it is jogging, yoga, kickboxing, you name it can really help alot.

Also, if you can try to determine what triggers your angry sessions you may be able to find some other solutions as well. I sometimes become highly anxious when I have so many things happening at once and there is a big test coming up at school. After talking to some other class mates, who get to feeling the same way, we got together for some positive/mood lifting talks and walks around the campus together.
