Currently using: Regis Olive Oil shampoo every other day and water only washes on the off days.

Using olive oil before bed on ends of hair.

And that no one else gets it.

Hair: All natural dark brown and silver.
Washing: Twice a week, scalp wash, with letting shampoo run through length. Condition from ears on down. Cold as I can stand it final rinse.
Shampoo/Conditioner: I have switched to organic. Aubrey's Honeysuckle Rose Shampoo and Conditioner. Nature's Gate Organics Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner.
Comb, never brush.

My employee had it and was back to work in a week. Shes 31 and healthy other than having it. I think our government is making it out to be a big deal. I"ve heard the seasonal flu is much worse. Docs are only concerned if H1N1 and the seasonal flu mix....

Not to worry, it'll be ok
