Predators have arrived in Minden before Lindsay for game 2

In Tim Horton's having a Late' right now

Minden rink is cold, bowl seating with 2 rows of seating all the way around with a 3rd row for standing fan

A lot like Hanover

Ice service has poor lighting, bench's are side by side with no separations

Could get ugly

Ice surface is short between blue lines in center

Zones are a little shorter, and ice surface is very wide

Watch for Preds to have 60 shots and be very physical

Just shows you how much we miss Pointstreak

February 17 2008, 9:30 PM

hockeymom .

It wasn't so long ago, that we all were hanging on waiting for updates from arenas around the league. This, before the debut of Pointstreak, to this league.

It was the forum faithful who ventured out and saw the games. They came right home to post their impressions of the games for the rest of us. It was so appreciated by me.

I recall Csspostal posting all relevant data on the game by hand, after each game that he and his entourage attended.

I am waiting, just as you are, for an update from Pointstreak on this one.

Yes Wayjoy I happen to be one of the entourage that goes with Csspostal to games but I had my own son's hockey to tend to tonight so I was unable to make this game.

Ok

Sorry you could not make the game tonight. But Mom being there for their son is a family matter much more important.

I am betting we will see you tomorrow night in Port Hope.

Minden Arena does have internet access, but not at the timekeepers booth, our timekeeper has been having to update it between periods. It's a little inconvenient, but it's the best we can do, with the situation we're in.
