I never knew who Pictonian was for sure but I know I would know him if he was revealed. He claimed to play for the "West End Finas" so that kind of dated him.

I think there is one in the garage hanging beside the old tube skates! We used to heat hockey blades over boiling pots of water on the old wood cook stove and then pry them up in the woodhouse door overnight to get a hook.LOL

And your method of Stan Makitaizing them was state of the art.
