Does anyone know if the Oakville - Markham series will have any Internet streaming of games ???????

its been discussed a few times already and the answer is no. there are only two teams in the league which streamed their game broadcasts. both of those teams are out now. aurora and st. mikes.

streamed their games live in the playoffs last year too, PM87 .

They did an excellent job on Mohawk radio in Hamilton last year in their Northwest finale against Aurora.

Sure wish more teams could do it.

But you are right. Aurora and St. Michael's are the only ones who do it consistently.

The year Markham goes deep into the playoffs, they lose the radio station that used to broadcast their games.


Why OH Why ! does the league not ask Aurora/ST.Mike's about the cost and other needs to broadcast games themselves ?

I believe you can listen to AJHL games... but it is for a fee I think.

audio at the very least is a very simple process. the problem is
outside of aurora and seguin, orangeville and collingwood (in the north)there is
no access to wireless. (i know huntsville is trying to adress that)

i think we need to have all of the teams set up a wireless system in their arena to access pointstreak and to allow teams access to the internet for streaming.

at the very least it would be great if we had everyone do their own home games(we always traded broadcasts with stouffville), and had a page on the league website where you can just click through to the game.
