Where was this team in the first two games ?

They got Humboldt back on their heels, got Bronco goalie on his heels and played a hell of a lot better.

Much more intensity. They left it on the ice.

There is another mountain to climb tomorrow and it is call Camrose.
Nothing in the way of advancing is set yet. The Blades only bought themselves one more day to this point.
What they do with that day, we will have to wait and see.

Way to go Oakville !

There is two ways for Oakville to advance.

1) Beat Camrose.

2) If Humboldt loses to Weeks.

Go Raptors !
Go Jays !

Finally the Blades look more like the OPJHL and Dudley Hewitt Champions. They still have a job to do tomorrow night, the MUST beat the Camrose Kodiaks to make it to the semi final. They can't count on Weeks to beat the Broncos. Their fate is in their hands only.

Very impressed with Camrose's style of play tonight, controlling the game and holding the Colts to a mere 11 shots on the night. The Blades will have their hands full, but the Kodiaks may be a bit vulnerable since they have clinched a playoff spot, they may just coast a little.

Nice crowd on hand tonight bringing the total attendance to date of just under 14,000 in 8 games or an average of around 1,750 a game.
