Just bought a game on fast hockey for the first official Golden Hawks Game, looking forward to seeing some of the guys in action. I'm sure the team will change a bit between now and Sept but exciting. Will post updates in between periods.

3-0 Burlington after the first. Two goals on the PP. Trenton looked a little flat to start but seemed to get their feet under them after a bit. For anyone who hasn't taken advantage of the web cast, there not bad. FYI, if anyone had a cam corder and a lap top they could broadcast this over skype pretty easily.

Cougars seem tough behind their cages tonight.

At the end of the night it doesn't matter if you beat them in the parking lot if you couldn't win on the ice. Still work to be done before the regular season starts. That's what these games are for. Looking forward to how this team progresses. Big day with the kids at the zoo tomorrow so won't be home for the game, don't think it will work on my phone. If anyone gets the chance, check it out.

Yes its free and as already mentioned you just need a laptop and a digital camcorder. I talked to Joe Montesano last year at the challenge in bowmanville and thats what he uses for the Villanova knights away games(again thats only with the rinks permission to use their wireless)....
