i think trenton management underestimated the quality of teams in this tournament.while they brought a young team with a few veterans mixed in most other teams are full of 89-91 born players. you will be hard pressed to find any other teams with 94's playing.it was an expensive trip to find out the 6 or 7 players you thought could make your team are now 5 or 6.
some teams are made up of players from different teams with the purpose of showcasing their talents for ncaa scouts. it will be interesting to see if trenton returns again next year.

On the contrary after a year under their belt I would think thats the time to go and see where they place. A year can make allot of difference especially to a franchise that is settled into the community now. I;ve never been been a pessimist when it comes to my hometown. I do have a touch of the realist in me so lets just say it is what it is. Yes I think maturity and of course talent in the ranks is whats needed to get the jet off the ground with a touch of local talent to season the mix.
I prefer to think that there are very bright skys ahead for the Hawks from Management side down to the coaches.
Im also sure Matt got a real education behind the bench and from the Hawks perspective thats a real bonus im sure. To be honest i know its not going to be an easy first year in Trenton but I have to say im excited not only for the team but also for the Town....
