trentons preseason record moves to 2 and 0 after a 3-2 win over the vees

any details since trenton didn't use pointstreak. did the teams use rookies or veterans? goal scorers ? goalies ?

Seemed like a lot of rookies on both sides and there didn't appear to be a lot of intensity or urgency on either side tonight. I did think Trenton's first goaltender looked pretty good tonight and he might have been a difference maker.

There is a familiar name on that Vee's Pre-season Roster for Trenton fans in that of Jacob Doseger. I always liked Jacobs soft hands around the net and his ability to see the ice when i saw him play for Trenton. His knock if he has one could be a lack of a hard edge but if you pair him up with the right line mates that have that hard edge then you allow his creativity to excel. If the Vee's see that then its going be a high scoring line(IMO).

5-1 Kingston today, and the scoring is on Pointstreak. Big game for Kingston's line of Higgs, Melancon and Pierson and defenceman Montgomery who snapped two from the point. I thought the Vees generated the bulk of the chances today through their lineup. Still think that Haude is a real keeper in net for Trenton, both games he made some terrific stops.

i see trenton will be playing the 1st 2 games of the regular season without Brad Pawlowski after he received a gross misconduct. with only 8 of 15 teams making the playoffs you don't want your top d-man suspended to start the season.
did parnovski get a minor or major head check penalty ? pointstreak said minor penalty but gave the major game misconduct.

I'm pretty sure the gross was for travesty of the game, at least that's what was announced in the rink.

Brad Pawlowski got a travesty gross penalty , i was wondering about Taylor Pernerowski's head checking penalty as pointstreak gave him a minor penalty but the major misconduct.
