| It is a given the Blues performance thus far is a bust. Showing in last place...... However the players on paper and skill, speed etc have a much better team.
When will the changes be made. If they wait much longer the season will be a bust. Fan support will fall and then who knows.
Has anyone heard of any potential changes ? |

Collingwood's team web site has a great fan interactive link where fans can make suggestions and inquiries about the Blues with responses from team management.
Few teams have that in place.
This can be extremely helpful if the hockey powers in charge listen to their fans.
As you say, though the Blues may have a number of very good players, good players do not make a good team. I have seen some great teams with average players.
It is a touchy balance that has to be worked out among the coaches and the players. A good place to start is to park the egos outside the door.
If all can come to a team agreement about how best each player can contribute to winning, it can do wonders.
Then it is a matter of execution which often is the hardest part of all.
The Blues are young and I hope they can make their fans proud.

Hey "smashtiger" maybe the Blues should change their name to the "wildcats" cause that's the direction they are heading.
