I was talking about other benefits. I was actually on walmart MSM for a few months b4 I switched to pure MSM. My hair was growing, but I didn't see a change in texture until I changed to MSM. Also the walmart MSM didn't do much to help my chronic back problem, but the pure has made a world of difference.
