I came across the Blog and I think it was a great idea to start. Some people take "freedom of speech" for granted here in the United States but it is very important to our every day life. When you think about it there are many countries where the people aren't allowed to express how they feel or think. I feel so proud to be able to express the way I feel or think, and I think that's the great thing about America. The fact that each one of us is our own individual because each one of us can express our freedom of speech in different ways: our clothes, what we say, or what we do. I couldn't imagine living in another country and not being able to express my individuality. In some countries people can't say or wear or do as they please. Sometimes our society seems like they are taking the simple things such as the first amendment for granted by saying unnecessary things or doing unnecessary things. But hey I know sometimes I take things for granted, but I think we should all start being thankful for what is offered here in America. Because there is one thing that unites all of us together here in America: Our Freedom.
