We have all been issued with Brown bins for the disposal of garden refuse, and these are emptied on a two weekly basis, so far so good. One can always see that these bins have been emptied, by the way in which the bins are returned to the collection position, in my case the bin was collected and thrown over the fence on it's return, and being disabled it was difficult to return it to it's original place. I have as a consequence of this , now stopped using this service. If I was burglar I could easily identify the "Holiday homes" by the bins still outside of the properties for days after the collection date.
Sorry to have to sound so negative on this, is my first contact after sending off my application for membership, I hope to be more cheerful and objective in the future.
