Your leaflet asked what members are worried about.
I am concerned about SCDC's recent circular letter about recycling which will involve all households having three differently coloured wheeled bins. I concur with the need to recycle our waste but where are all these bins to be kept and what effect will they have on the appearance of the town?
Presumably ground floor and upstairs flats will each have three bins and it is far from clear how the visual impact will be addressed. Is the Society considering this matter?
I am also concerned about parking in the town and the empty spaces in the parking meter areas which are leading to congestion elsewhere.
