Yeah, they're unbelievable. $30 for a $4 scsi cable is pretty unbelievable, alright.
Have you ever actually price-shopped them? I doubt you have, or you wouldn't think their prices are so great.

I feel fairly certain that all of the people posting such negative messages brought their heartaches onto themselves in some way (lost receipts, returns of of policy, being unreasonably demanding etc.)
I can't speak for anyone else, but this is not the case with me.
All the naysayers simply need to carry their cheap, over-demanding asses elsewhere.
