Unfortunate for you, that cd-r should not have made it back to the shelf, totally fry's fault. However, there is a perfect example of fry's bending over and taking it in the a**, and returning the merchandise for the previous purchaser even though it was missing said items. Maybe you presented yourself wrong upon your return of the cd-r. I had no problem returning the $99 3-piece pc speaker set that had only the sub in the box.
