thats when you try and find someone in the components dept that was there the last time you were. most likely, they know what you're looking for and can help you. if you're a regular and youve never seen the person in that dept before, or only seen them at a register, avoid them until your next visit. hopefully, they will have learned something by then...depends on the employee and their supervisor.
