Luis and Victoria have to wait a little longer for the results of the exams. But their honeymoon is not so cozy anymore with the arrival of Ines and now Esteban.
I guess since he is in town trying to find out what to tell Andres about Alfredo, he made it seem to them that he missed Victoria and wanted to see her. Please, give me a break!
Anyway, they told him about Sergio's letter and he played the role real good. He also went to the new law office where Fernando's practice was moved to--to find out what they had, if anything, about Alfredo. Fortunately the girl who worked for Fernando is now working there and told him there is only one document left regarding the file.
She told him that she would not be able to get it for him because it was confidential, however Esteban made it pretty clear that she would benefit (?) If she got him the document. We'll see.
Tony explained his love of the Arts to his mother and why he never told her what he did especially since he would not have been accepted by his father. Tony's mother understood and is even going to stay with him for a while.
Shakira got the shock of her life when Constantino admitted to her that he is in love with her. But he did wish her all the happiness in the world. How sweet!
Manuel just had his dreams realized--his future son-in-law has given him a envelope full of money to pay for the "wedding". But Manuel had his own way of spending it--drinking and buying a new car!! Of which, he still owes money for! What did he think it was a dowry or something?
Now Alma is worried about how they are going to pay for the wedding and what Roberto is going to say when he finds out where the money went to. I think she needs to be more worried about whether Roberto is even going to marry her.
Valentina was the big story here tonight!! Andres told her he had a surprise for her but instead took her to the gyn. office. Well, she didn't like the fact that she was tricked and started to argue with Andres and eventually blurted out that she wasn't pregnant.
Then she left and went to her "best friend"'s house, Sandra. Who took her in with open arms. She even gave her some tranquilizers courtesy of the big bad witch-but Valentina doesn't know that. She did see Andres with Laura outside the vecindad and knowing that victoria lives there she immediately jumped to conclusions that that was what they were talking about- which they weren't. Sandra fueled the flames by telling her that she never trusted Laura and look at what happened.
Valentina went to Andres' office and started to go wild yelling that she knows that Victoria and Andres are in it together but she will not let him go. Andres got her under control at the house and when she woke up he just quietly asked her for the divorce. Hmmmm.
