A pretty pink brug

I had a beautiful pink brug that just finished blooming but had no idea what the variety was. I figured it was a victim of my son's tag pulling and would never know. When I was cutting it back this afternoon I found the name written on one of the branches. It's Forever Morr. Shirley is this beauty one of yours?

Yes, let's see pictures. I no longer have this brug. I've had reports that it does very well in full sun in the south. Here is a single bloom from my yard. When going through pictures last night to look for something else, I decided that I really do have to slow down. OMG...the numbers of pictures I have is scary. I found this one in my photobucket album. It's easy compared to discs.

I had a few nice blooms from ForeverMorr but had troubles with her here in south TX. After growing nicely and blooming for awhile, she started to show signs of stress so I cut her back. One of the cuttings has rooted and I have in a large pot which I'm going to try to protect from the hot TX sun and the part that was cut back from is resprouting. May try to move her to an area that gets some shade in the hot part of the day and see what happens. Beautfiul blooms, though, so hope I can keep her this coming summer.

Jarie, she might not have been meant to live in your kind of hot sun. LOL! I bet some midday shade will help her a lot. Black pots are bad too. They keep the roots way to hot when in the sun. I have to get some white spray paint for my pots for next year.

That is a pretty one! I love the ones with the tendrils. If you have an extra cutting I would love one of those Karyn. I will have the perfect spot for one that need some shade.

It sure would be easier to be able to just post from my computer, but I understand about servers and downloading pictures, so I'll try to pick some of my better pictures from the past when things slow down in the winter months. I hope the rest of the members will also post because I love looking at your pictures, brugs or any other flowers.

I'm glad I finally managed to get Forevermorr. It was told to me as one brug that could take heat and humidity. What I have now are cuttings and they are sprouting. The leaves are dark and look firmer compared to other varieties.

How is the fragrance for this one?

I didn't find that she was anymore special than any other brug. She grew so tall it was hard to stick my nose in a bloom, tho. Most brugs smell good to me. I'd sure like a whiff of some right now.
