Happy Winter Solstice

This is for Lynne. I took this this evening as we were about to leave the lake. I snapped it with my cell phone camera so didn't come out too well but the moon looked huge in person.

I can imagine how it looks out there now, reflecting off the water, I bet it's beautiful.
We have a light cloud covering with the moon peering through, wonderful night.
This was from just after it got dark, unfortunately my camera didn't capture what I saw.

here's to longer days! Beautiful shots with cloud cover and all, Kristy & Lynne. We had a hazy halo around ours but otherwise bright in the sky.

This was later on in the night. The sky was clear here. I couldn't quite catch the star right next to it. The other pic with the clouds was really nice.
