Question on potted plants

HI all, this has probably been asked and answered a few times, I apologize. What causes a potted brug to start losing leaves slowly, and than the tip of the stem (branch) gets withered and slowly the whole branch dies and than the plant dies. Too much water? Not enough water? Needs fertilizer?
These are in the house, sprayed 1-2 times daily, and watered when the soil is dry, I have lost 4 already, and looks like 1-2 more are fading away. Spring can't come quickly enough, so I can get these remaining plants outside!
Thanks a bunch all!

I have had the same happen to some of mine and don't know what causes it. Most of the time it stops and new growth appears below it. A few it just kept right on going to the bottom. I am hoping they will get some growth come out from the roots.

When that starts happening to one of mine I tip it out of the pot and check the roots. They should be white and firm, if they are brown and soft there is root rot, usually from keeping the soil to damp.

I does sound like root rot/ too heavy soil. Next time add tons more perlite.
It also could be contributed to by low light. Unless they are in cold winter storage, brugs usually are either growing quickly forward or loosing ground backwards like you describe.
You can either give it more high light & humidity so it surges forward or get it much cooler with less water to slow down the losses.
