My L'Amour cutting is about to bloom for the 1rst time. The buds are getting really big, so I guess she's going to have big blooms. I'm looking forward to seeing them.

Be sure to show us when it gets around opening Patrick.
I finally have a flowering Brug here, Maya and a few buds on others I left up above the Y but all the ones I cut way back seem slower growing here and 6 never seemed to make it from the get-go.

Carrie, I went to a local Farmers' Market Saturday morning and one of the vendors had fresh okra! The guy was busy and somehow didn't look like the "farmer" (read not too friendly looking), so I chose not to wait until he was available to talk about it.

Well the bloom isn't unusually large, as the calyx suggested it might be...pretty much a regular size bloom. I have to correct myself - this isn't a new brug - I have pics of it blooming last year, lol!

Now I'm trying to identify a pink brug whose name tag is completely blank. I recognize it from last year because it throws a bloom now and then with only 4 peaks/tendrils. I believe I remember showing a pic of it here the first time I discovered such a bloom & I knew the name of it at that time. I'll dig thru my gallery pics and maybe some of the old posts to see what I can find.
