Shawnee's Legacy

Because it is a double, Shawnee's Legacy is slower to grow over the season than single blooming Brugs are. This year too, she has put out 3 lateral branches that have used up her 'growing energy' from the top where I had cut her back last fall. She has put out one otr two blooms from the upper branches but now has a little flush going on each branch, even the new lateral ones. With the cooler evenings, each bloom is perfect again. Here is the lowest lateral branch blooms, they are low enough that I can sniff them to inhale their pleasant fragrance again. happy.gif

Oh, how pretty, Ruth Ann..............I am finally getting a few flushes as well. We have been having cooler nights and not so hot days, and my brugs are loving it.
