Black Swallowtail and cats

I found the pic of the Female BS from 7/22, today I found the cats when my parsely plant was shriveled and needed watering.

Now I am going to do some research and decide if I let nature takes its course or put them in a plastic shoebox and feed them. I didn't know they ate Parsely?

Yes, they eat parsley, a member of the carrot family, which is their principle host plant family.
I just LOVE that bottom picture of the adult!
