A girl on our yard owns this 15 year old grey NF mare. She doesn't have her registration details as the previous owner lost them (!), but her registered name was on her flu certificate. She would love to have any information about this mare, especially the names of her sire and dam. Can anybody help please?
D'you know, I thought the name Rushington rang a bell - that's obviously why!
Thanks Claire (knew I could rely on you LOL) I've added to that thread.

Well the Breed Society have come up trumps and emailed me an extended pedigree, but if anyone knows anything about Milly's past I'd love to know.
Interesting to see that Milly and my filly Tibby have a few ancestors in common. Tibby is also related to another friend's Merrie Miss Marple (sadly PTS a couple of weeks ago). Is this just a coincidence or are all foresters related to each other?

Probably somewhere! I've gone back to 1880's to Beadsman GBS (TB) with Benji's. GGGS Brookside Spitfire. Roanie's goes back to Beadsman too and also has B.Spitfire blood in her. Both have Denny Danny blood. Pepsi also has Denny Danny in her pedigree and again goes back as far as Beadsman.
I did start to go back further but haven't actually printed anything off. It's great fun when you get going.
I did that with one of my dartmoors, but stopped after I found the same very famous champion stallion appearing 10 times on one side and 11 times on the other side!! Frightening!! And my pony isn't even a very good dartmoor!
