coluored mare called gismo

hi wondering if anyone knows the where abouts of a coloured mare about 13.2 age 6 as we bred her and wanted to know if she has found a good home.

someone out there must know of her as was sold to a dealer in 2004.he lived in whinwistle road in wellow and told us that she had been sold to a lady in the forest somewhere ,but thats all we know.hope she is ok??????
any info would put my head to rest.
