Very pretty! Zero is downright balmy compared to the last several days we've been seeing here in the frozen tundra we call MN! It's finally above zero again!
Well, zero was as warm as we got today. I know it's colder in other places, but from zero and below it's too cold to be out long. Some people were ice fishing this morning when it was -19.
Jill, that's pretty chilly. I didn't get a good look at the moon this week. A tree seemed to be in the way every time I looked, and I wasn't very keen on the idea of going outdoors again.
That's what we've been waking up to this past week. It finally warmed up to 8º today! And near freezing by Sunday. Who knew "freezing" temps could feel so warm!
We hit 14° and it was sunny, so I had to take my hat off when doing chores or I'd overheat! The alpacas were all so happy to get out of the barn - but the feeders have been doing a booming business all day, since we're supposed to get 6+ inches of snow tonight (the forecasters still refuse to commit to an actual snowfall amount...) It's amazing how all the animals know to stock up.
