Hmm... I thought it looked like a Black-crowned Night Heron but I guess they don't fish like that LOL I am sure the water is distorting the birds features happy.gif cool vid

Agree with Alan, a Belted Kingfisher. We see them often and the size and beak would suggest the choice.
