It is a heck of a difficult bird to find in migration and away from its breeding grounds - good find.

Congratulations! He looks similiar to a magnolia warbler.

definitely a highlight of my birding experience. unfortunately I didnot get to hear it calling, but you cant have everything sometimes. we have a yahoo groups for nyc bird sightings...ebirdsnyc. Great network for tri-state birding!

Beautiful picture of a beautiful bird! I have seen a couple this spring but can't get close enough to get a good picture.
