Our move to Florida is complete, and I am enjoying the new opportunities for birds and other critters.
We are learning to live with the dragons. We havent seen any fire breathers yet, but Im sure they are lurking in the bushes.
Burrowing Owls are everywhere in Cape Coral and are easy to see and photograph.
The Cape Coral Yacht Club has a colony of Quaker Parrots that are fun to watch.
Great pics Bill!!!
My Dad lives 35 miles NW of you in Englewood. It's a lovely area there. A couple of years ago he woke up to get his newspaper one morning and found an alligator under his car under the car port. not exactly a fire breathing dragon either, but for one without a sip of coffee yet, it was darn close...LOL

is this like some private thing here- nobody answers me
Excellent shots Bill, I love the Burrowing Owl! I was getting worried when I hadn't seen you posting anything since your move, great to see you're having fun and thanks for checking in again! Let's see some more!!
P.S. to Michael, welcome to FF Sorry for the late reply, you can download an EXIF reader such as this one:http://www.opanda.com/en/download/index.html but as Bob has said, Bill uses a Nikon D300 and unless my memory is failing me it looks like he has a new 400mm lens, hmmmm...... I think the reason Bill hasn't replied to your question is because he's having too much fun shooting birds in his new digs!
