recently i've experienced HORRIBLE hair breakage (about 1/2 inch from my scalp)in patches. i'm certain it's due to overprocessing my hair because 2 different chemical relaxers were used on my hair. i didn't want to cut my hair off so i got a full weave. i've worn weaves before but this time it seems to irritate beyond belief and i'm now considering just cutting it to the new growth/breakage point and going "semi-natural" and starting the hair growth process over with less harsh chemicals. i read about the naturalaxer and wild growth hair products and wanted to know if anyone has used and can offer information about either product. i read the testimonies on the sites but i'm still skeptical. in it's natural state my hair is very fine. it looks kinky but when you touch it its very soft.
Why not go to the ultra-short look,if you are having all of these problems? My beautiful wife Monique wears her hair ultra-short and sometimes shaves her head smooth and bald, like some fashion models and women in Africa do(and some American women like the ultra-short or bald look as well, especially African-American women). My wife compliments her bald look with long earrings, a small nose stud in her left nostril, sexy dresses,etc., and I assure you she is extraordinarily beautiful and feminine! Dear Padee, I'm pleased you are going to the ultra-short look again, to me it is the most attractive hairstyle on women because you can really see their features, the bald look is great also on women, very smooth and sexy! If women had any idea how many men like this look you would see it on more women. I know that some women wear wigs or head scarves and actually have ultra-short hair or shaved heads that their men like, and that they themselves like. Best of luck darling!
Maybe your hair breakage is from putting your hair through unnessary stress, putting harsh chemicals and not using the correct products for your hair. There is no such thing as a natural relaxer, anything that alters the hair natural form in a permanent fashion has hersh chemicals in it. I do not judge people, or atleast I try not to but I really think that you should look into yourself and be the natural you. I believe that once you learn to love and deal with your natural hair ,that not only would your hair say thank you, but you would thank God that you made the natural decision.
