Hello everyone. I am an 19 yr african -american woman born in the south. I work out in the sun all hours of the day, so I am pretty much used to the effects on my skin. Lately I have been experiencing a heat rash on my cheeks and forehead. This is where there are dozens of tiny little bumps (the same as my complexion)forms. Along with that, I have oily skin and so itchy/painful acne bumps appear on my forhead and cheeks. Some of them go quickly, some of them stay. I have never had a problem with my skin like this until now. This worries me because I am only 19 and I don't think my skin should be reacting like this to my job. I have bought over 40 bucks in clinique's acne care and the effects are minimal in the aid of the acne. The acne is not so much as a problem as the heat rash. Anyone have any non-oily product tips? Any tips period. I wash my face 3 times daily and still the same results. I tend to get little white heads around my chin. Please help me because this problem is making my very insecure when I used to praise my apearance.
TRUST ME! This really works. Go to Proactiv.com Im currently using it. From the moment i got it, it started clearing up my face within days. And now about 3 weeks later, Im almost completely pimple free (and it was pretty bad). Find out more at the website. And it will help african american skin if it helped me! Good Luck--Brina
BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO USE USE TOO MANY PRODUCTS ON YOUR FACE. I'VE ALWAYS HAD SENSITIVE SKIN. REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR FACE AND USE AN ASTRINGENT(SEABREEZE IS EXCELLENT. CURRENTLY I'M USING A MOISTURIZER FROM MARY KAY THAT SEEMS TO BE VERY LIGHT.
